The City reserves the right to award on an item by item basis or aggregate. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. The term of the pricing agreement shall be effective on the date of award and shall expire when all goods are delivered to and received by the City. This is a one time purchase.The City will accept alternates for any item noted in this RFQ.
