in accordance with section 3.2 of the rfq, the smithsonian hereby invites prospective respondents and interested parties to attend an industry forum and site visit on monday, february 13, 2017. Space is limited, so participants are requested to register their interest in attending the industry forum and site visit to [email protected] no later than february 09, 2017. Please reference "rfq no. T17sol10015 industry forum" in the subject line and include the number of attendees from your company or consortium. Potential respondents are asked to limit attendance to no more than three people, if possible.
The site visit and industry forum will take place at the national zoological park, which is located at 3001 connecticut ave nw, washington, dc 20008. The event will begin with a site tour. An industry forum will take place at the visitors center auditorium immediately following the site tour. The agenda for the event is as follows:
monday, 2/13/17 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Interested parties gather and sign-in at the roof of general services building in parking lot c. The smithsonian will provide a brief project overview from the roof, then provide a walking tour of the site.
