Description : 1. The DOST-SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION INSTITUTE (DOST-STII), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors/consultants to submit quotations for the project “Procurement of various ICT and communication equipment and accessories” with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Two Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php239, 900.00).
2. Procurement will be conducted through Small Value Procurement as prescribed under Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
3. The project shall be awarded per item.
4. Suppliers/contractors shall submit their quotations, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), on or before 23April 2026 until 12:00 PM at the DOST-STII - BAC Secretariat - Property Section, 2nd Flr. STII Bldg, DOST Complex, Gen. Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig City. Quotations may also be submitted through email at: [email protected] or [email protected].
