The professional fee of the training provider shall be within the allowable rate of P60, 000.00/ day (inclusive of tax) for package deal engagement good for a maximum of thirty participants.

Shall agree with the sent-bill scheme and comply with all requirements which are part of the payment that will be needed by the PhilHealth Regional Office III's Comptrollership Unit
