The U.S. Embassy Kuwait invites you to submit a quotation under Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. PR16174912 for the purchase, registration, and delivery of the following vehicle:
One (1) Passenger Van, 11-passenger capacity, Hyundai Staria or equal.
This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
Quoters shall follow the instructions contained in the attached solicitation, complete all required portions of the RFQ, and submit quotations electronically by email to [email protected] no later than Sep 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Kuwait local time.
The Government intends to award a purchase order to the quote responsible whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. Awards may be made based on initial quotations without discussion; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary.
Interested quoters must be direct distributors, certified authorized dealers, licensed dealers, or authorized representatives in the State of Kuwait. Quoters must be authorized to sell, modify as required for Kuwait registration, register, deliver, and provide manufacturer-supported in-country warranty and warranty services for the offered vehicles.

Prospective quoters are strongly encouraged, but not required, to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
