The Project covers the supply and delivery of Food (Coffee Combo) consisting of one (1) ready-to-consume coffee beverage and one (1) bread or bakery product for distribution to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), Filipino seafarers, their families, and other authorized clients availing of services at the OWWA Seafarer Welfare Center from 01 August 2026 to 31 December 2026.
The Supplier shall provide quality coffee beverages and bakery products, including the necessary on-site preparation, brewing, serving, cleaning, supplier-furnished specialized coffee preparation equipment, and all other incidental requirements necessary for the continuous implementation of the Project in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
