Description : The procurement shall consist of the supply and delivery of SDR 11 HDPE pipes in sizes 1”, 1¼”, and 1½”, including compatible PE couplings, tee connectors, reducers, and end caps. The project shall also include electrical control and protection components consisting of a 10 KVA Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), magnetic contactor, analog timer switch, and 8-pin on-delay timer. All materials shall be brand new, free from defects, compliant with applicable Philippine and international standards, and suitable for potable water distribution systems. HDPE pipes and fittings shall be pressure-rated SDR 11 and designed for long-term underground water supply applications. Electrical components shall be compatible with the existing water system equipment and capable of continuous operation under normal field conditions.
