The Philippine National Police Police Community Affairs and Development Group, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake “Small Value Procurement” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
Suppliers of known qualification and good standing are hereby requested to submit their valid, current & authenticated copy of platinum PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, Statement of all on-going & completed government & private contracts, Certificate of Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC), Audited Financial Statements, Omnibus Sworn Statement and signed Price quotation (Annex “A”) for the project described hereunder upon receipt of letter from this Office.
