Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Procurement of Goods [Booklets for PWDs]
The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy (P 67, 870.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 25-07 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2610-557; Purchase Request No. 2026-006204. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 275pcs. PWDs Grocery Booklet, 275pcs. PWDs Medicine Booklet and 230pcs. PWDs Movie Booklet for the CSWD, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required as needed after receipt of Purchase Order.
Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009.
