Procurement of Goods [E-Procurement System Redevelopment Phase 4]
The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (P 300, 000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 25-07 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2608-438; Purchase Request No. 2026-005672. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 1 lot e-procurement system redevelopment phase 4 for the GSO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009.
