Procurement of Goods [Wedding Dress and Veil Rental & Wedding Barong and Slacks Rental]
The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand (P 800, 000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 25-07 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2601-26; Purchase Request No. 2026-004009. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 200pcs wedding dress and veil rental & 200pcs wedding barong and slacks rental for the CMO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required as needed after receipt of Purchase Order.
Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009.
