1. The NATIONAL KIDNEY AND TRANSPLANT INSTITUTE (NKTI) invites interested entities to submit REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) under Small Value Procurement (Section 34 of RA 12009) with Purchase Request (PR) No. 69261C / 69877C through a FORMAL SEALED PROPOSAL for the:
