The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the Beneficiary First Social Protection Project has received a loan from the World Bank and intends to apply the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contracts for which this invitation for quotation is issued. The World Bank requires that Borrowers, as well as bidders, suppliers, contractors, and consultants, observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of contracts according to Attachment 1 "World Bank Policy - Corruption and Faudulent Practices".
