Description : Provision for the Outsourcing of Sensing Services using Air Quality Monitoring Sensors
(Please refer to attached Terms of Reference (TOR)
a. Supply, Installation, Calibration, and Maintenance of the sensors to be used during the one (1) year subscription period.
b. Management and analysis of Real-time data collected by the sensors in compliance with the data handling requirements under MC 2021-07 “Adoption of Manual for Data Handling Protocols For Criteria Air Pollutants”.
c. Creation of a database to store information relating to air quality monitoring sensors.
d. Development of a User-friendly system interface accessible to stakeholders, displaying air quality data.
e. Monthly calibration and maintenance of the sensor to ensure reliable and accurate data collection.
f. Documentation of the whole project.
g. Training for Ambient Air Focal Person.
Acceptance Criteria of Data
1. Data Capture: 90% data capture of Air Quality Data for PM 10, PM 2.5 and Meteorological (at least 27 days per month and 22-hours per day). Shall not include irregular data...
