The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Nine HundredThirt-One Pesos and Twenty Centavos (P54, 931.20)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) - Appropriation Ordinance No. 22-04 for the procurement of goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2301-54;Purchase Request No. 4298.Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for Outdoor Board Part #2531988 Model :RKC35QVM 1.5 HP and others for the SP/VMO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRRof RA 9184.
