Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intend to procure Various Plastic Trash Bag through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act, ” and composed of 4 - line items with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 708, 000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund.
