Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intend to procure Various Air Conditioning Units through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act, ” and composed of 7 - line items with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to SIx HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 633, 000.00) with various Certification Availability of Fund.
Interested suppliers/service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation. Quotations may be submitted manually, or through email at the address and contact number indicated below.
