"SCOPE OF WORK:

The winning bidder shall provide a unified voice communication service including:

1. Supply, Installation and Configuration of all the required Customer Promise Equipment (CPEs) at DILG Central Office / DILG Server Room. Must install a redundant active Fiber Optic Link Infrastructure to guarantee High-Availability of SIP Services.

2. Observance of the 4-digit Exchange Codes for Area Code (02) in the Greater Manila Area (GMS) and compliance to guidelines set forth for the Public Telecommunications Entity (PTE) as per NTC Memorandum Circular 04-07-2018 & NTC Memorandum Order 10-10-17. "
