American Embassy Cotonou is looking to purchase AIR CONDITIONERS locally
The vendor shall specify the brand and provide user manuals. Embassy Cotonou will issue a purchase order. Noadvance or partial payments are allowed under this service. Payment is net 30 days after receipt of thesupplies. The invoice, bearing the purchase order number, should be sent to Cotonoudbo@state.gov.The following FAR clauses apply to this service. The selected vendor must comply with the followingcommercial items terms and conditions.
FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL, APPLIES TO THIS ACQUISITION. THE SELECTEDOFFEROR MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED COPY OF THE PROVISION AT 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONSAND CERTIFICATIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS. FAR 52.204-24, FAR52.204-25 AND 52.204-26 APPLY. E.O.13950 COMBATING RACE AND SEx STEREOTYPING APPLIES TO THIS ACQUISITION. FAR CLAUSE 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS, APPLIES.
