UNDP Viet Nam UNDP Vietnam is looking for 01 qualified firm/institute/organization to provide Lab equipment (UAV and robot) for the Viet Nam Japan Innovation Hub at Viet Nam National Innovation Center Hoa Lac as detailed in the QUOTATION SUBMISSION FORM of the Negotiation ID: UNDP-VNM-01860.The "Vitalizing the Viet Nam National Innovation Center" project is funded by the government of Japan under the Japanese Supplementary Budget to address significant development challenges in Vietnams innovation ecosystem, particularly limited access to capital, fragmentation among stakeholders, and a skills gap in critical innovation areas. The Contractor will install Lab equipment to ensure the effectiveness of rapid test and prototyping functions within the Innovation Hub at Viet Nam National Innovation Center Hoa Lac. The Contractor shall procure and provide the laboratory equipment listed in Annex 2 of the Request for Quotation. All equipment must be brand-new, meet the technical specifications, and comply with relevant international and Vietnamese standards for laboratory use, safety, and quality assurance. Certificates of origin, Certificate of Quality, warranty documents, and user manuals (in English and/or Vietnamese) must be provided.
