In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for the following commercial products:
Item 1: Field Desk, Tactical, Single, Secure KVM, 4-port or commercial equivalent.
Quantity: 8
Note: Commercial "or equal" items are fully acceptable as long as they meet the technical requirements detailed in the attached specifications.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 334118 - Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.
Delivery Address: 91-1179 Enterprise Ave, Bldg 117, Kapolei, HI 96707-2150.
Shipping terms: FOB Destination. Shipping fees must be consolidated into the product pricing (Firm-Fixed-Price), not billed as a separate line item.
Solicitations shall not exceed 5 pages, and provide the following:

The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms. [RFO FAR 52.212-1(d)].
A quoter which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third-party shall be deemed technically unacceptable.
