The project is in Khalifa City, SW17, Land No. P30, Abu Dhabi, the scope of work includes all proposed works located inside the plot limit and outside the plot limit as indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to the following components: all buildings aspects including sub structure, super structure, claddings and roofing, internal and external work, services, mechanical and electrical, etc for a. Administrative Building, b. Mosque, c. Substations, d. Workshop Building, e. Water Tank & Pump Room, f. Advertising Bay, g. Service block, h. Inspection Bay, j. Washing & Vacuuming Bay, k. Refuelling Bay, l. Guardhouses. External works inside and outside the plot limit (as indicated on the drawings) including the Bus Stabling Bays, Staff Parking, Circulation Areas, Hard Landscape works, Soft Landscape Works, Pedestrian Circulation, Boundary Wall, Gates and Barriers, infrastructure works, Ground improvements and all other required works for the successful delivery of the Project. This should include all testing and commissioning of each individual building and their connectivity to the main systems and connection points. All documentation for testing, commissioning, as built in PDF and DWG format, and all documentations required for handover and maintenance.
