DMT-RFP-25-082 Supervision and ICC for Six Construction Packages DMT outline the following prequalification requirements for Tenderers interested in bidding for the Project “Supervision and Independent Cost Consultant for Six Construction Packages in Abu Dhabi. • A Valid Classification Certificate with license category as Special. • Civil Engineering Consultancy/ Engineering Consulting in Site Coordination and Landscaping/ Architectural Engineering classified as Special, or equal and acceptable. • Have experience in supervising multiple projects of a combined value in excess of AED 50 million. • Be able to provide a Performance Bond as applicable from a UAE approved Bank. • Employ an Independent Cost Consultant for the duration of the Project. • It is advantageous to have worked with DMT previously, but not a necessity. • It will be favourable if tenders are project specific.
