Tseshaht First Nation (“Tseshaht”) invites qualified Design‑Build teams (“Proponents”) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the design and construction of the Tseshaht Multiplex, a culturally grounded, multipurpose community facility on Tseshaht IR1. This RFQ is the first stage of a two‑stage procurement process consistent with CCDC 29 - A Guide to Pre‑Qualification. The purpose of this RFQ is to evaluate Proponents- experience, capacity, and approach. No pricing information is requested or permitted at this stage. Only Proponents who successfully pre‑qualify will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). The resulting contract is anticipated to be based on CCDC 14 - Design‑Build Stipulated Price Contract, with supplementary conditions reflecting Tseshaht governance and project‑specific conditions.
