The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and engage a qualified service provider to manage the Technical Service Delivery to operate Medeem Center for Family Nurturing in Al Ain, with the option to extend the scope to include the Abu Dhabi branch at a later stage. The Al Ain center is the second branch of Medeem, following the establishment of the Abu Dhabi center in 2023. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based family counseling and training services in alignment with the Abu Dhabi Social Sector Agenda and the Family Wellbeing Strategy (FWS). The provider will be expected to ensure service effectiveness, operational efficiency, compliance with Abu Dhabi government standards for service excellence and customer experience, and alignment with the strategic objectives of the Emirate's social development priorities. The inauguration of Al Ain branch is planned for quarter 4 2025, and will be preceded by a testing and soft-launch period of approximately one month to validate readiness and ensure smooth service commencement.
