Invitation to prequalification for customer relationship management (crm) refers to practices, strategies and technologies that organizations - both in the private and public sector - can use to manage, analyze and document their interactions with customers, stakeholders and clients throughout the lifecycle of a particular service, with the goal of improving service relationships. The province is looking for crm platforms that are able to seamlessly manage the diverse set of government-to-citizen, or government-to-organization, interactions that comprise the "citizen lifecycle" leveraging multi-channel delivery to support integrated service delivery, both internal and external to government. For the province, the goal of implementing a crm platform will be to help the province stay connected with its citizens, businesses and organizations by streamlining business processes, improving service delivery, and increasing citizen engagement
