Description : Repainting of NDCP Buildings (Front Area & Interior of Main Building, and Interior & Exterior Areas of Guard House & Proposed GSS Office/Driver's Lounge)
SCOPE OF WORKS
1. Scrapping/removal of existing exterior paint of the building;
2. Removal of damaged paint of the exterior walls and apply putty sealant;
3. Sealed all joints, connections, and edges of the walling using polytap sealant;
4. Clean all surfaces prior applying of paint;
5. Painting of all walls must be in three (3) coatings using elastomeric paints;
6. The brand and quality of the paints must be approved first by the President, NDCP;
7. Empty paints/pails must be turned-over to the NDCP;
8. All baselines must be painted with chocolate-brown color;
9. All outlets, lighting fixtures must be provided with cover to prevent from being painted;
10. All waste materials must be removed, disposed at the contractor's expense;
11. Complete cleaning of the Project Area.
