Penrith City Council is seeking quotes for the following works:To engage a specialised HVAC consultant (includes Mechanical and Electrical engineers) to design and implement a new, reliable and cost-efficient air-conditioning system for a large commercial gym located in Penrith whose current AC system is not working to its full potential. The new designed system must ensure optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and minimal disruption to gym operations, in accordance with Australian Standards. Once the HVAC design is approved by Council, installation of the new, energy-efficient air conditioning system based on approved scope is required to start asap. Ideal project completion by December 2024.Works must include removal and disposal of obsolete and defective systems and components currently onsite.As part of the Request for Quote, interested contractors are required to visit the project site to better understand the scope and conditions of the work. A scheduled site visit has been scheduled for the 2nd of October 2024 at 11am, to ensure all bidders have a clear view of the project requirements.
