Description : The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard.The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:The supply and installation of precast concrete and glass-fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) panels including the steel supports, frames, accessories, air-barrier assemblies, waterproofing membranes, and insulation.
