This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2026 Re-Roofing - Various Facilities The County is seeking up to three (3) qualified respondents to provide all the materials and labour necessary to replace roof areas at the following Places of the Work: • Josephburg Seniors Centre located at 57A, 54569 Range Road 215, Josephburg, AB • Ordze Transit Centre located at 970 Ordze Road, Sherwood Park, AB and • Randy Rosen Arena located at 2015 Oak Street, Sherwood Park, AB The County is seeking one qualified respondent for each Place of the Work. For clarity, a respondent may be selected for more than one Place of the Work. Respondents are asked to identify in their submission response which Place of the Work they wish to respond to and be considered for (refer to the Workbook Instructions in the Pricing Form (Attachment 3) for additional instructions). Respondents are permitted to respond to one, two, or all three of the Places of the Work within the same submission. Evaluations for each Place of the Work will be conducted independently.
