Scope of Assignment:
"A. Pre-Event Planning and Coordination
•Design and install at least five (5) interactive kiosks/booths featuring gamified activities related to TB (see list below)
•Coordinate with local partner agencies, including the Provincial Health Office (PHO) and PDOHO Ifugao, for technical support, manpower, and health service components.
•Process and secure venue permits and cover
associated fees, if applicable.
• Provide logistical and technical requirements, including but not limited to:
Venue set-up: Installation of stage design and a basic sound system to be completed before the event.
Technical crew: Provision of necessary personnel such as a technician, stage manager, and event assistants.
Event collaterals: Preparation and printing of materials (e.g., banners, backdrop tarpaulins, directional signage, labels for booths, etc.)
Provide 300 pcs loot bag/ token for all the participants
