RFQ-2025-16 Development of the Philippines National AIDS Spending Assessment Lead Contractor.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFQ) is for UNAIDS to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the Philippines National AIDS Spending Assessment.The provider shall be an individual operating in the field of health economics, health financing, or health program management, with proven expertise in conducting financial assessments, particularly in the health sector, and preferably in the HIV field.The implementation of the National AIDS Spending Assessment in the Philippines, covering the years 2021 to 2025, will provide a detailed and systematic analysis of HIV spending, covering all relevant sectors and stakeholders from government, international donors, NGOs, civil society and community-led organizations and the private sector.Work to be performed:Objective 1: Develop a comprehensive, detailed, and systematic analysis of HIV spending, covering all relevant sectors and stakeholders from government, international donors, NGOs/CSOs/CLOs, and the private sector.
