Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF INSECT-SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR THE DEPED-CAR REGIONAL OFFICE
This RFQ is composed of one (1) item and shall be awarded as per line item. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Three Hundred Ten Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Two Pesos (Php 310, 222.00) Only.
Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of December 16, 2024. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
