Specifications:
1. The service provider shall prepare customized teambuilding programs
for one hundred eighty (180) pax (20 pax each team)
a. HOPSS - 120 pax - May 1, 2025
b. Finance - 60 pax - May 18, 2025
2. The service provider shall provide ample numbers of facilitators and/or
marshals (1:20 ratio), including a head facilitator
3. The head facilitator shall lead the processing of the participants
learnings/takeaways from each teambuilding activity.
4. The service provider shall include all materials needed to conduct the teambuilding as
well as other logistics and transportation free of charge
5. The service provider shall have a photo and video documentation
during the teambuilding activities for documentation
6. The service provider shall provide trophies and prizes for the
teambuilding
