1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN and its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY- FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS AND 00/100 (P 224, 780.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OFFICE EQUIPMENT at BFP, LGU- Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, PRN: 033-RFQ-2026. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Mode of Procurement is Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of R.A. No. 12009.
