1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN and its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY- FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY- EIGHT PESOS AND 00/100 (P 245, 998.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE (BAJAJ) at BFP, LGU- Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, PRN: 018-RFQ-2026. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Mode of Procurement is Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of R.A. No. 12009.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN now invites contractors to submit proposals under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE (BAJAJ) at BFP, LGU- Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental. Completion of the Works is required within 45 Calendar Days.
