1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN and its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY- FIVE PESOS AND 00/100 (P 311, 355.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AT MENRO, LGU-Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, PRN: 015-RFQ-2026. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Mode of Procurement is Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of R.A. No. 12009.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN now invites contractors to submit proposals under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AT MENRO, LGU-Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental. Completion of the Works is required within 45 Calendar Days.
