Direct: 40 Hawija Civil Defense Center employees. 2. Indirect: 450, 000 in Hawija, Abbasi, Riyadh, and Zab District (51% female, 49% male). c. Impact and how it will be measured (quantitative measures) after completion: The equipment is used to aid people in emergency situations such as fires and personal injuries in (Hawija, Abbasi, Riyadh, and Zab) District homes and government buildings, as well as agricultural land and fields. 2.
