*Fiber optic transport media.
*Point-to-point connectivity from the ISP Data Center to the CSU-ICTC Data Center.
*Must provide a /28 subnet for Internet and web hosting services of the ICT Center.
*Must provide online web access data traffic analysis graphs. Graphs must be updated daily. Graphs shall have a retention of traffic history behavior for at least one (1) year.
*Must have or install a redundant Fiber Optic Link infrastructure to guarantee High-Availability of Internet services.
*Must provide excellent Quality of Service (QoS) for the connection.
*Must warrant service support on site if necessary 7 x 24 x 365, services must be coordinated directly with CSU-ICTC representatives.
*Expected Service Availability and Reliability must be at a minimum of 98% with reduced latency of 15-30ms.
