INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF NAGSABARAN EVACUATION CENTER, INSTALLATION AND REPAIR OF RC PIPES
1. The Barangay Nagsabaran, Claveria, Cagayan, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Ten Pesos (₱266, 510.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Nagsabaran Evacuation Center, Installation and Repair of RC Pipes of Barangay Nagsabaran. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Nagsabaran, Claveria, Cagayan now invites bids for the above procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
