The Bolton Prevention Framework has been adopted and endorsed by Strategic Partnership Boards in Bolton (including but not limited to Health and Wellbeing Board, Locality Board, Vision Partnership, Bolton Council Corporate Leadership).
The Authority is seeking a mixed methods study and evaluation to assess the extent to which Bolton-s Prevention Framework has influenced policy, service design and decision making within Bolton Council and its wider partners.
It is intended for the contract to start between September - October 2026 and be completed within 12 months.
