The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital hereby invites interested suppliers to submit quotation for the:

plastic, with safety closure to prevent splashes and
aerosol upon opening and closing the tube, pierceable
rubber stopper requiring minimal exertion, stopper must

mark, tube dimension must not exceed 13 x 75mm, label
for patient information, expiry of at least 18 months from
date of delivery.
