This Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by Port of San Francisco (hereinafter, “PRT” or “City”). PRT, on behalf of all City Departments, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) demonstrating qualifications for public relations, communications, media services, and related professional services on an as-needed and project-based basis. The City shall evaluate Proposals to create four distinct Prequalified Pools of Proposers (“Prequalified Pools”). Proposers prequalified under this RFQ are not guaranteed a contract. The City may use the Prequalified Pools at its sole and absolute discretion, on an as-needed basis. There are four Service Areas associated with this solicitation which are described in Section II.A. Service Area 1: As-Needed Public Relations, Communications, Media Services, and Related Services. Service Area 2: Advertising and Marketing. Service Area 3: Special Events, Facilitation, and Hosting Services. Service Area 4: Grant Writing Services. Pre-Proposal Conference: January 22, 2026 at 10 AM PT via TEAMS
