Tender Details

The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes for Mechanical Prime Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor Services for projects carried out by IH.
IH-s objective is to create a list of firms that are pre-qualified for Mechanical Prime Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor Services in connection with Acute Care and/or Non-Acute Care projects.
Projects will be located within the four (4) local health areas (Okanagan, Thompson/Cariboo/Shuswap, Kootenay Boundary and/or East Kootenay).
Future competitive bids may be for projects budgeted between $200, 000 - $1, 000, 000, $1, 000, 000 - $5, 000, 000 and/or over $5, 000, 000.
The RFPQ will remain active and continue to accept Responses until July 15, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the RFPQ. However, each quarterly intake deadline identified in Section 2.3 will be treated as the closing date for that specific intake period.
