Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is issuing the following Request for Pre-Qualification (the "RFPQ") for leak assessment services for compressed air to support our Leak Assessment and Repair Program (the "Program") for a minimum three-year term. Leak assessments help customers in the commercial, industrial, or agricultural capacity in Manitoba to identify and detect leaks in their compressed air systems. Through these assessments, customers are provided with assessment reports outlining leak information, and help customers take corrective actions to optimize their system's efficiency and reduce overall energy use in the facility. Throughout Manitoba, the Program estimates approximately 50 leak assessments to take place annually.
