Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is issuing the following Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ), for commercial energy audit services. Conducting an energy audit provides Building Owners with possible solutions that will reduce facility energy use. These audits are often seen as the first step in identifyingkey opportunities for Building Owners to reduce their energy consumption. Efficiency Manitoba identifies the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) as the preferred method on conducting energy audits.
