Description : The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of supply and delivery (to separately specified schools and sites) of Flat Panel Displays on an as needed, when needed basis, up to the value of $150, 000.00 per transaction excluding applicable taxes. The decision on which Proposal best suits the needs of the Board will be based on the Board's evaluation of the Proposals. The Board will review all Proposals properly submitted by the Closing Time on the Closing Date and shall be the sole determinant of the successful Proponent. The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted. This procurement process is subject to executive funding and/or approval and the Board reserves the right to cancel this RFP, eliminate portions of the work or to reject any or all Proposals.
