The Contract is generally for the following Work:

- Demolition and removal of existing beach access concrete staircase;

- Demolition of existing timber crib retaining walls, and associated slope stabilization

measures;

- Construction of 20 m concrete staircase and associated finishing;

- Drainage improvements and construction of perforated pipe drainage pathway; and,

- Site revegetation and plantings.
