Management of Investment Plans Providing Comprehensive Investment Advice in the Management of Funds to Meet the Investment Objectives of the College. the Investment Manager will be Responsible For: Ongoing Investment Management Services of the Colleges Endowment Funds in Accordance with the Niagara College Investment Policy (The Policy) As Outlined in Appendix a to the Form of Agreement. Adhering to the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities (Mtcu) Directives As Outlined in Appendix B to the Form of Agreement. Providing Proactive Information and Advice with Respect to Developments that Might Affect Performance or Risk, and Providing Recommendations. Attending the Audit and Investment Committee Meetings To: Explain the Latest Performances; Report on Portfolio Activity and the Holdings; Provide Information Concerning New Developments or Opportunities; Provide Assurance Around Compliance to the Niagara College Investment Policy and Ministry Directives (Subject to Approved Exceptions); Any Other Relevant Matters that May Arise from Time to Time. the Investment Manager Must Work Closely with College Financial Services and As Such Must have Not Only Market Experience But Also Strong Interpersonal Skills, the Ability to Communicate Effectively and Efficiently, and is Able to Manage College Requirements in a Proactive Manner. the Investment Manager Shall Provide Effective Support to the College Including, But Not Limited To: the Dedicated Investment Manager Assigned to the College to Manage the Relationship Should be Identified to Assist the College with Their Day-To-Day Investment Management Needs; Identification of Cost Savings and Process Efficiencies; Timely Introduction to New Technologies and Service Offerings; Establishing an Ongoing Communications Program and Expectations with the College; Attending Meetings As Requested; and Providing a Review of Its Service Offerings to the College on an Annual Basis Niagara College
