Niagara College, (The College) is Seeking Bid Submissions from a Certified Salesforce Consulting Partner to Implement (In a Phased Approach) Salesforce Crm for Several Areas at the College. This Engagement is Comprised of Two (2) Stages. 1. Stage 1 - the Development of a Niagara College Crm Enterprise Architecture Strategy (At an Overarching High Level) 2. Stage 2 - Implement This Salesforce Crm Strategy and Plan Within the International Division at the College the Successful Respondent Shall: - have a Background, and Direct Experience, in Guiding and Managing Higher Education Salesforce Crm Implementations - Lead Resource Assigned to Stage 1 Has a Technical Architect Designation/Certification from Salesforce and at Least Two (2) Years Experience Designing These Types of Architectures - Provide Ongoing Salesforce.Com System Support Capability Beyond Initial Implementation Implementation is Expected to Commence Mid-March, 2018 and be Completed by the End of July, 2018.
